    Pen Manufacturing is seeking a Data Center Infrastructure OEM Sales expert to lead strategic business development and expansion within hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center ecosystems.

    This role is responsible for securing and scaling long-term OEM and infrastructure manufacturing partnerships supporting mission-critical data center builds across North America.

    We are looking for a senior commercial leader with strong experience in OEM manufacturing environments who understands how to build durable, high-value infrastructure partnerships.


    Role Overview
    • Develop and expand OEM relationships within the data center infrastructure ecosystem
    • Drive new business with hyperscalers, integrators, and critical infrastructure providers
    • Structure long-term manufacturing agreements and production programs
    • Build executive-level relationships with procurement, engineering, and operations leaders
    • Lead pricing strategy, proposal development, and contract negotiations
    • Align customer requirements with engineering and manufacturing capabilities
    • Support strategic growth and vertical expansion initiatives

    Ideal Background
    • 10–20+ years of sales or strategic account leadership experience
    • Direct experience selling into data center infrastructure required
    • Existing relationships with OEMs, hyperscalers, or infrastructure providers strongly preferred
    • Background in sheet metal fabrication, welding, electrical infrastructure, or electromechanical assemblies preferred
    • Proven success securing large-scale OEM production programs
    • Strong executive presence and ability to operate at senior customer levels

    Candidates without direct data center or OEM manufacturing experience will not be considered.

    Compensation: $80,000–120,000
    Commission Bonus: $0–300,000+ per year

    Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentive
    Uncapped commission tied to OEM revenue growth
