Overview: We are seeking a hands on Data Center Technician to support daily operations, equipment lifecycle management, and compliance processes in a secure data center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Escort vendors/customers and ensure compliance with security policies.

• Support installation, removal, and troubleshooting of IT equipment (servers, switches, storage).

• Perform cabling, patch management, and inventory audits.

• Manage shipping/receiving of IT hardware and media.

• Document activities, maintain logs, and support ITIL processes (incident/change/problem).

• Participate in disaster recovery and troubleshooting calls.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Visio).

• Knowledge of data center environments, IT equipment, and cabling.

• Willingness to work rotational shifts (days/nights/weekends/holidays)
