Job Summary

EMCOR Government Services (EGS) is seeking a Data center Facilities Program Manager (CPM) to support contract operations for a mission‑critical Intelligence Community customer in Pocatello, Idaho. The Data Center Facilities Program Manager oversees cross-functional programs that ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of data center facilities. This role drives strategic planning, capital project execution, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives across electrical, mechanical, operations, and safety domains

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-disciplinary programs to improve facility performance, capacityplanning, and operational readiness.
  • Manage long-term infrastructure roadmaps, including budgeting, forecasting, andlifecycle planning.
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, operations, and compliance teams todeliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Establish program budgets, track expenditures, implement cost-control measures,and ensure financial accountability across all facility initiatives.
  • Develop and track KPIs for facility reliability, energy efficiency, and operationalexcellence.
  • Oversee vendor performance, contract compliance, and service-level expectations.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and industrybest practices.
  • Facilitate risk assessments, root-cause analyses, and corrective action programs.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Top Secret Clearance
  • 10+ years of experience in mission-critical, or industrial facility environments, with five years at a Tier-III data center.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong program management skills (PMP or similar preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technicalprograms.
  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • US Citizen
