Job Summary:
Looking for an entry-level technician with a technical education background and basic hands-on experience in networking, data center environments, or IT infrastructure. Candidates from a technical or community college background are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support basic IT and data center technical activities.
- Assist with installation, setup, and maintenance of IT/network equipment.
- Perform basic hardware and network troubleshooting.
- Support cabling, equipment handling, and data center operations.
- Follow technical procedures and documentation.
- Work with senior technicians/engineers on infrastructure-related tasks.
Must-Have / Preferred Skills:
- Entry-level IT/Technical experience or education.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Basic data center/infrastructure knowledge.
- Hardware and troubleshooting fundamentals.
- Technical/community college education, associate degree, diploma, or relevant certification.
