These resources would be expected to assume responsibilities supporting:

• Infrastructure operations support
• Windows and Linux server administration and troubleshooting
• Vulnerability remediation and security compliance
• Operating system patch deployment and validation
• Incident investigation, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and core infrastructure services
• Virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery operations
• Execution of maintenance and change activities
• Operational documentation and runbook maintenance
