Job Summary (List Format):
- Deploys end-to-end data center technologies.
- Tracks data center assets and cabling using standard documentation.
- Monitors and responds to alarms for data center equipment.
- Monitors and responds to alarms for mechanical/electrical plant (MEP) systems.
- Completes change requests and associated tasks as assigned.
- Responds to incident tickets as assigned.
- Utilizes experience with HVAC/CRAC, chillers, air handlers, UPS, switchgear, standby generators, clean agent fire protection systems, sprinkler and fire detection systems, and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Applies experience with structured cabling (copper/fiber), cable testing, cooling, and electrical system concepts within the data center.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) or equivalent experience.
- Requires 2-4 years of related experience.
- Desired skills include change management, Microsoft Office, and troubleshooting/problem solving.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and acquire knowledge in specialty area.
- Capable of identifying basic problems, collecting data, and drawing valid conclusions.
