    Description

    Job Summary (List Format):

    - Deploy, maintain, and support complex data center environments, including new facilities and major renovations/expansions.
    - Work primarily third shift: Thursday Sunday, 10 pm 8:30 am.
    - Install and manage indoor/outdoor cable plants (copper, long/short range fiber optic cabling).
    - Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure (LAN/WAN/SAN, firewalls, Wintel/Linux/UNIX servers, storage, roll-on equipment, wireless, DAS).
    - Apply knowledge of EIA/TIA, IEEE, NEC, and ISO standards for data centers and structured cabling.
    - Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external vendors.
    - Create and maintain detailed documentation of architecture, procedures, and systems.
    - Adhere to industry standards (TIA-568, TIA-942) and best practices for data center cabling and infrastructure.
    - Manage data center hardware platforms (Network, Compute, IoT, AV, End User) and rack selection.
    - Oversee power and cooling infrastructure and ensure proper layout from generation to rack level.
    - Perform testing and verification of cabling and systems.
    - Install, upgrade, and integrate data center software; manage APIs and OS platforms.
    - Conduct preventative network security hardening, configuration, and troubleshooting.
    - Monitor network health using SNMP, CDP, ICMP, and support LAN/WAN/VLANs.
    - Utilize system automation and programming frameworks to streamline operations.
    - Provide operational support for data center physical site infrastructure, including fire suppression and facility maintenance.
    - Write clear, concise, and precise technical documentation and instructions.
    - Possess strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
