Job Overview:

The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for equipment and systems. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to customers and end-users.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve product performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all service activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel as required for on-site support.

Pay Range: $37 - $41/hr. W2
