Data/Business Analyst needs 3 years of experience in System Support or Analytics
Data/Business Analyst requires:
Advanced Data Analytical, Business Analytics, and Computer Software skills preferred
Interpersonal communication skills preferred
Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, and SharePoint
Strong knowledge of CRA regulatory framework, lending/investment reporting rules, and related compliance requirements
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to manage large, complex datasets
Skilled in managing ad hoc requests under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey findings to multiple levels of leadership
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment

Data/Business Analyst duties:
Responsible for complex reporting, analytics, and compliance support activities.
Ensures the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of CRA-related data, while also supporting strategic decision-making through advanced analytics and reporting solutions.
Partners with business units, compliance, and senior leadership to maintain regulatory alignment and enhance the banks CRA performance monitoring framework.
Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that monitor CRA lending, investment, and service activity across multiple business lines.
Develop and manage Alteryx workflows to automate large-scale data preparation, cleansing, and validation processes.
Leverage advanced Excel functionality (pivot tables, lookups, Power Query, VBA/macros when applicable) to perform ad hoc analysis and produce reporting templates.
Ensure all data sources are accurate, reconciled, and compliant with regulatory standards
Support preparation of quarterly and annual CRA regulatory submissions, ensuring data integrity and readiness for examiner review
Document business rules, data definitions, and process flows to ensure consistency and repeatability of reporting
