Description
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise data, migration, integration, or modernization programs.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting data requirements and business requirements.
- SQL skills for data profiling, reconciliation, validation, and root-cause analysis.
- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining source-to-target mapping documents and transformation/business-rule specifications.
- Experience working with data warehouses, data lakes/lakehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and enterprise reporting environments.
- Experience designing and executing UAT scenarios and working directly with business stakeholders through validation and sign-off.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable requirements for Data Engineering, QA, and BI teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to trace data issues across multiple systems and transformation layers.
- Excellent documentation, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with Power BI or other enterprise BI/reporting platforms.
