Job Title: Data Architect - Databricks / Snowflake

Work Location & Reporting Address: St. Louis, MO, Richardson, TX 75082 or Indianapolis, IN 46241 Onsite-Hybrid

Contract duration: 6 Months

MAX VENDOR RATE: $65-70/hr

Detailed Job Description:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 5 years of experience with Information Technology

At least 5 years of experience in implementing Databricks, AWS/Azure, Scala, Spark, Snowflake, SQL, Python

At least 3 years' experience in building the Databricks, SQL Data warehouse based on best practices.

Hands-on experience with developing complex transformations using Databricks.

Hands-on experience with AWS/AWS Cloud area

Have a solid understanding of delivery methodology (SDLC) and lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture.

Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle and experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.

Minimum Years of Experience: 10+ years

Certifications Needed:

None but good to have

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:

Design and implement enterprise-scale data lake house and data warehouse solutions

Define scalable data architectures, data models, and data integration frameworks

Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance on performance, scalability, security, and governance
