Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Lead Data Architect to build core data foundations and establish data engineering capabilities from the ground up. This role will play a critical part in aligning business strategy with technical execution.


The candidate will be responsible for evaluating AI-driven tools for data governance, designing modern data frameworks, and leading a phased Master Data Management (MDM) rollout following the transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Architecture & Frameworks: Design scalable and robust enterprise data architecture frameworks and establish data engineering best practices.
  • MDM Implementation: Architect and execute a phased MDM strategy across:
  • Item Master Data
  • Customer Master Data
  • Vendor Master Data
  • ERP Consolidation: Lead the transition and data integration lifecycle from four legacy ERP systems into the newly implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
  • AI & Governance Innovation: Evaluate and implement AI-driven tools for data setup, quality, governance, and compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5–10 years of strong experience in Data Architecture and Data Engineering.
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong cloud experience with Microsoft Azure (preferred) or Amazon Web Services.
  • Deep knowledge of data migrations, master data modeling, and legacy ERP integrations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise data governance frameworks.
  • Ability to independently design end-to-end data pipelines and implement best practices.
