Job Summary:
Scope of Services:

• Design the vision and architecture of the organization’s data framework
• Develop and manage data systems, define data storage/access policies, and integrate multiple data sources
• Integrate new data technologies into existing IT infrastructure
• Perform data modeling, system design, and support database development/administration

• 10+ years of experience working with data ecosystems, including SQL, ETL pipelines, and data architecture design
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, MIS, or Information Technology

• Experience working with public health agencies (e.g., CDC, NIH, or State Departments of Health) on legacy data modernization
