Compensation: Competitive starting salary $133,400 – $173,400 commensurate with skills and experience, Full Pay Range: $133,400 - $213,300

Our Location
Energy Trust provides a range of work location options, including remote, hybrid and in-office work. This position will represent Energy Trust in public settings and potentially at community events. We are open to candidates who live throughout Oregon and Washington. The Data and Automation Manager is expected to report to the office on a quarterly basis, at minimum.
What We’re Looking For:
Under the general direction of the IT Manager, the Data and Automation Manager is responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide solutions, processes, and standards for data management, processing, reporting, and analytics. This role also drives the streamlining of workflows through effective automation, proactively identifying opportunities across the organization to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and optimize overall business operations.
The Data and Automation Manager leads the data and automation team and is accountable for delivering scalable, reliable data management and process automation solutions, ensuring they align with organizational strategy and business objectives. This includes oversight of data platforms such as data warehouses, transactional systems data, reporting and analytics systems, low-code/no-code applications, and AI driven tools. The role also establishes governance frameworks for data, reporting, automation, and AI to ensure consistency, security, and responsible use across the organization.
This position is expected to report to the Portland office quarterly at a minimum for all staff and other in-person meetings.
