Data and AI Specialist

This role combines data engineering, reporting, workflow automation, and AI-enabled process improvement using tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Airtable, Python, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You'll help build and integrate data solutions, develop automation workflows, explore practical AI applications, and create scalable systems that improve how our teams work and make decisions.

We are seeking a motivated and technically curious Data & AI Specialist to help drive analytics, automation, and AI initiatives across the organization. This role combines data engineering, reporting, workflow automation, and AI-enabled process improvement using tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Airtable, Python, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.The ideal candidate is someone early in their career who is excited to work across data, systems, and emerging AI technologies. You'll help build and integrate data solutions, develop automation workflows, explore practical AI applications, and create scalable systems that improve how our teams work and make decisions. This position will help shape how technology is used throughout the organization by identifying opportunities to improve business processes through data, automation, and responsible AI adoption.
