Data Analytics Manager

Support architecture and analytics initiatives involving energy trading, commodities, market, risk, and financial data domains. Lead the design and implementation of enterprise analytics solutions that support operational, financial, and strategic reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Analytics Strategy & Delivery
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise analytics solutions that support operational, financial, and strategic reporting needs.
Partner with business leaders to translate business objectives into analytical requirements and data-driven solutions.
Define and prioritize analytics roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
Drive adoption of data products, reporting capabilities, and self-service analytics platforms.

Data Architecture & Solution Design
Design scalable enterprise data solutions that support reporting, analytics, and advanced analytics initiatives.
Contribute to enterprise and solution data architecture strategies across multiple business domains.
Define architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices for analytics delivery.
Ensure analytics solutions align with enterprise architecture, governance, and security standards.

Data Modeling & Domain Design
Lead development of conceptual, logical, and physical data models supporting analytical and operational reporting requirements.
Partner with business teams to establish subject areas, data domains, and business-aligned data structures.
Design data products that improve access to reliable, governed, and reusable datasets.

Lakehouse & Cloud Data Platforms
Support implementation and optimization of Lakehouse architectures utilizing cloud-native technologies and Databricks.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define data ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption strategies.
Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with evolving business needs.

Trading & Enterprise Integration
Analyze and integrate data across trading systems, operational platforms, ERP environments, and analytical applications.
Support architecture and analytics initiatives involving energy trading, commodities, market, risk, and financial data domains.
Develop source-to-target mappings and end-to-end data flow documentation for enterprise initiatives.

Data Governance & Quality
Establish processes supporting metadata management, data quality, lineage, and governance initiatives.
Partner with business stakeholders and data stewards to improve data integrity and trust.
Drive implementation of monitoring frameworks and data quality standards.
Ensure compliance with organizational governance and regulatory requirements.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead teams of data analysts and collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.
Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, solution reviews, and roadmap planning sessions.
Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, data dictionaries, and business process documentation.
Present analytical findings, recommendations, and solution strategies to leadership teams.'
