Citibank, N.A. seeks a Data Analytics Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.

Duties: Perform data modeling, integrating data from diverse sources while upholding data governance principles. Contribute significantly to the design, development, and maintenance of data warehouses, complex ETL processes, and robust schema designs, working collaboratively with data governance teams on standards and policies. Actively define Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and Data Quality Processes (DQP) for multiple data sources during ingestion. Maintain strict data model versioning and metadata management in repositories including Git and Collibra. Ensure all designs aligned with business requirements and data governance policies through close collaboration with senior architects and project managers, confirming adherence to established data modeling best practices. Develop and maintain complex PL/SQL applications for critical banking systems, encapsulating intricate transactions and ensuring data consistency, while also optimizing database performance through indexing, partitioning, and diligent query tuning. Work on Tableau reporting to prepare data sets for visualization. Assist with building a centralized robust and scalable software system in support of the development of ICRM Applications. Prepare design documents, design patterns, component design specifications, and technical specifications to define the software system architecture, application programs, modules, interfaces, and data flows for ICRM and other ICRM related initiatives. Apply best practices to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancies. Software development methodologies (waterfall, agile, scrum) to develop strategic software systems and application programs using Oracle SQL & PL/SQL, Ab Initio, EME, and Autosys which are deployed on Linux and Unix Operating systems. Perform end-to-end application performance analysis. Perform functional and unit testing of the application and software systems to uncover any potential bugs, and support system integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Applied Computer Science, Computer Applications or related field and 4 years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst, Associate Consultant, Consultant, Software Engineer or related position performing data modelling, data governance, and maintaining data quality within the financial services domain. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in the listed fields and 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience in the listed positions. Full span of experience must include: Maintaining data warehouses, ETL processes, and schema designs; SQL, PL/SQL Development; Database Performance Optimization; Ab Initio, EME, and Autosys; Software development methodologies (waterfall, agile, scrum); Git, Collibra, Data Catalog; System integration and UAT; AWS S3 stage and snowpipe; Shell Scripting development.
