A leading Ventura, CA based employer is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer for a long term contract role. This role will be hybrid and require 2-3 days a week of onsite work. DUTIES: * Design and develop analytics solutions that transform complex healthcare data into trusted, actionable insights for clinical, operational, and financial decision-making. * Build scalable data models, reporting solutions, and analytics workflows using Snowflake, SQL, dbt, Power BI, and Python. * Modernize legacy reporting processes, improve data quality, and create sustainable analytics products that support stakeholders across clinical operations, revenue cycle, case management, quality improvement, and executive leadership. * Integrate data across multiple source systems, validate complex business logic, defining standardized metrics, and ensuring reporting is accurate, reproducible, and trusted by decision-makers. * Participate in healthcare data modernization efforts, including Snowflake-based reporting solutions, analytics engineering practices, data modeling, and the transition of legacy workflows into scalable and maintainable analytics platforms.
