Join a legacy manufacturing organization known for delivering high-performance, engineered elastomer-based systems to aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. Due to growth, we are looking for a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to our team in Brea.

The Senior Data Analytics Engineer is a key technical partner across the company developing and optimizing systems, data pipelines, analytics, and automation solutions with an emphasis on Production, Supply Chain, and Quality. This role translates complex manufacturing and business requirements into practical technical solutions using SQL Server, Power BI, Python, Infor CSI/Syteline ERP, and emerging AI technologies.

Job Details

What You Will Do:

• Design reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools providing actionable visibility into production, capacity, WIP, material availability, quality, backlog, and on-time delivery
• Build analytical and automation solutions around Infor CSI/Syteline ERP covering production planning, APS/MRP, scheduling, jobs, BOMs, routings, inventory, and purchasing
• Design and maintain SQL Server data models, ETL processes, stored procedures, and integrations using SQL, Python, REST APIs, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Excel/VBA
• Identify and implement AI and advanced analytics applications including document intelligence, LLMs, intelligent workflow automation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics
• Own solutions end to end from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support
• Contribute to long-term factory information systems strategy and provide technical mentorship to analysts, engineers, and business users

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
• 6+ years in manufacturing systems, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related technical role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL including complex query development and optimization
• Strong Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Excel experience for operational reporting and data modeling
• Experience developing integration and automation solutions using Python, APIs, and Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing data including BOMs, routings, inventory, and scheduling
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations including WIP, capacity, throughput, lead time, and on-time delivery

Bonus Points:

• Hands-on Infor CSI/Syteline experience including SQL data model and APS/MRP functionality
• Experience integrating ERP, MES, quality, and planning systems
• Practical AI implementation experience in manufacturing or business operations
