Job Description
Seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Learning Analytics Consultant to design and implement an enterprise-level Training Analytics and Instructor-Led Training Compliance Reporting Platform. The consultant will be responsible for developing advanced Power BI dashboards, designing enterprise data models, integrating Learning Management System (LMS) data, creating complex DAX calculations, and delivering executive-level workforce readiness reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-level Power BI data models and architecture.
- Integrate data from multiple Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Develop advanced DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs.
- Build dashboards for training registration, attendance, completion, pass/fail, and no-show reporting.
- Develop seat utilization, open seats, vacant seats, and waitlist analytics.
- Create regional and Management Council reporting dashboards.
- Develop executive workforce readiness dashboards and scorecards.
- Automate and standardize recurring reports.
- Collaborate with Technical Training, LMS, and IT teams to gather requirements.
- Perform data validation, testing, and quality assurance.
- Deliver a fully operational enterprise training analytics platform before year-end.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of Power BI development experience.
- Advanced DAX calculations and Power BI measures.
- Strong SQL querying and database knowledge.
- Enterprise data modeling and semantic model development.
- LMS data integration and reporting.
- Learning analytics and training compliance reporting.
- Executive dashboard and scorecard development.
- Data architecture and data integration.
- KPI development and reporting automation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.
- Strong practical experience in Power BI, data modeling, and analytics is essential.
