Job Overview:

As a Data Analyst at SIKKY Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in driving business decisions by analyzing and interpreting data. You will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform our strategic direction. You will work closely with various departments and senior management to provide data-driven recommendations and solutions to improve our operations and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources

- Identify trends, patterns, and insights in the data to inform business decisions

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems using data

- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders

- Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)

- Experience in data mining, cleaning, and manipulation

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong business acumen and understanding of key performance metrics

- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
