Job Description We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to work with internal customers, engineering partners, and cross-functional teams to determine data needs and support core data analyst responsibilities. Work with legacy Capital One business teams, data engineers, and the DFS team to determine what data is required to accomplish tasks.

Job Description

• We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to work with internal customers, engineering partners, and cross-functional teams to determine data needs and support core data analyst responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings with internal customers to determine data needs and requirements.
• Perform requirements mapping and documentation to support engineering partners.
• Support metadata registration and data governance activities.
• Configure data quality rules and perform testing.
• Coordinate ETL pipeline testing across multiple areas and validate results.
• Work with legacy Capital One business teams, data engineers, and the DFS team to determine what data is required to accomplish tasks.
• Use Python and SQL to support data analysis and validation.
• Build dashboards and reporting to support business and data needs.
• Communicate with business and technical teams throughout requirements, testing, and validation activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience with core data analyst responsibilities, including dashboards and reporting.
• Experience with requirements mapping and documentation.
• Experience with metadata registration and data governance activities.
• Experience configuring data quality rules and testing.
• Experience coordinating ETL pipeline testing and validating results.
