Title: Data analyst
Duration: 4 months – Possibility of extension only.

Introduction
Our company is seeking a skilled individual to join our team, focusing on data analytics and providing insightful solutions. This role will involve working with complex data sets and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong scripting experience in Python, PySpark, Spark SQL, and Snowflake SQL.
Strong desire and experience working with data in various forms (structured warehouses, semi-structured sources, unstructured data).
Experience with data quality control frameworks, preferably in a financial services or regulatory context.
Strong ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate ambiguous requirements into clear analytical solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience coding in Python, PySpark, Spark SQL, or Snowflake SQL.
Familiarity with AI tools like Claude Code or Gemini GEMs.
At least 2 years of experience with data governance and data quality management concepts and practices.
At least 2 years of experience utilizing and developing within AWS services.
Familiarity with collections, delinquency, or credit card servicing data domains.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements.
Develop and maintain data models and analytical solutions.
Ensure data quality and integrity across different data sources.
Present data findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
