Description

A financial services organization in North Carolina is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team in Charlotte, focusing on ServiceNow Vulnerability Response reporting and dashboard development. This position supports vulnerability response data analysis, reporting accuracy, and clear visual insights for technical and business stakeholders.

About the Opportunity:

  • Shift: Day
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: Standard business
  • Setting: Hybrid (at least 2 days per week onsite)

Responsibilities:

  • Review ServiceNow Vulnerability Response data to identify data quality issues, reporting gaps, and inconsistencies
  • Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that show vulnerability trends, aging, severity, ownership, remediation progress, and open issues
  • Create clear reporting views for leadership, security teams, and business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with security and ServiceNow stakeholders to confirm reporting requirements, data definitions, and dashboard logic
  • Track data issues and enhancement requests, including ownership, status, and resolution progress

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Business Data Analyst, or in a similar role
  • ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) experience
  • Experience working with ServiceNow data
  • Strong Power BI experience, including building dashboards, reports, and dynamic visuals
  • Experience with data quality, data validation, issue tracking, or operational reporting
  • Ability to review data, identify trends or issues, and explain findings clearly and practically
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desired Skills:

  • Financial Services, Banking, cybersecurity, or vulnerability management experience
