    Description

    Requirements
    • 5 or more years of experience in IT systems analysis, database administration, and enterprise application production support
    • Proficiency in administering enterprise Snowflake data warehouses and Tableau Server or Cloud environments
    • Experience with database programming, query optimization, and performance tuning using Oracle, SQL Server, and PL/SQL
    • Experience with UNIX and Linux operating systems, application administration, and shell scripting
    • Experience in managing cloud computing environments and deploying services within Amazon Web Services (AWS)
    • Experience with enterprise system integrations, web services, batch-processing workflows, and Java-based architectures
    • Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate across technical teams
    Responsibilities
    • Administer and configure enterprise Snowflake warehouses, manage user roles, and optimize storage and compute utilization
    • Manage Tableau Server and Cloud environments, overseeing user permissions, data source connectivity, and scheduled extract refreshes
    • Troubleshoot complex enterprise application errors, batch processing failures, database issues, and infrastructure bottlenecks
    • Partner with Solution Architects to design, document, and deploy technical application enhancements and modernization solutions
    • Write and optimize complex SQL queries, database scripts, and stored procedures to support accurate enterprise reporting
    • Coordinate application software deployments, configurations, environment upgrades, and script verifications
    • Maintain technical system documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures to ensure platform reliability
