Data Analyst - Python, SQL

Strong hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, with proven expertise in Python and SQL (large dataset handling, complex joins, aggregations, performance optimization). Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts — entitlements, user groups, roles, access certification strongly preferred; SailPoint experience a plus.

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Data Analyst - Python, SQL for their Hartford, CT /Hybrid location.
 
Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, with proven expertise in Python and SQL (large dataset handling, complex joins, aggregations, performance optimization).
• Experience working with large-scale datasets for data quality assessment, reconciliation, or cleansing.
• Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts — entitlements, user groups, roles, access certification  strongly preferred; SailPoint experience a plus.
• Ability to identify data anomalies, inconsistent access patterns, and policy violations within complex datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document findings and present to stakeholders.
• Experience supporting Data Governance initiatives (policy definition, data stewardship, access review frameworks).
• Exposure to identity governance tools beyond SailPoint is a plus.
