Data Analyst

Workflow is - receive large data file from the customer, consume data, AI Match and analyst research, analyze results to provide specific improvement and cost savings recommendations.

Description:

• Manual data clean-up
• Assess, cleanse, categorize, and spot check customer spend data
• Aggregate and cleanse data to help train machine learning algorithms
• Work with members of the Customer Success team to support customer data needs
• Research purchased services data to identify trends and opportunities
• Ad-hoc reporting

Qualifications:

• Excel experience - formulas, pivot tables etc.
• Excellent critical thinker, strong problem solver
• Outstanding organizational skills, ability to oversee multiple projects
• Fast learner, adept at understanding and implementing new technologies on the fly
• Excel guru, able to slice and dice data to perfection
• Expedient perfectionist, striving to finish initiatives as fast as possible while maintaining the highest quality
