    Role Overview: Lead analytics and data transformation initiatives, partner with business leaders to deliver actionable KPIs, executive dashboards, strong delivery governance, and advanced analytics/GenAI-driven insights across functions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end analytics and data transformation initiatives, including assessments, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and self-service enablement
    • Partner with executive and functional leaders to translate business objectives into actionable KPIs, OKRs, and insight
    • Deliver executive, operational, and drill-down dashboards across Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Marketing
    • Manage cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams across onsite and offshore delivery models
    • Establish delivery governance, project plans, risk management, and stakeholder communication cadences
    • Drive data governance, platform integration, adoption, and change management
    • Identify opportunities to apply advanced analytics, automation, and GenAI to improve decision-making

    Required Experience & Qualifications

    • 5+ years leading analytics, BI, or data transformation programs through consulting or strong industry roles in operations, strategy, or marketing
    • Experience across QSR, restaurants, travel, tourism, hospitality, events, retail, or consumer services
    • Proven experience working closely with senior leadership and client stakeholders in the US and/or Canada
    • Strong expertise in KPI frameworks, performance management, and industry benchmarking
    • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional and multi-vendor teams

    Technical & Analytics Skills

    • BI & Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik
    • Data & Analytics: SQL (strong), basic to intermediate Python preferred
    • Data Platforms: Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift
    • Analytics Techniques: Descriptive and diagnostic analytics, trend analysis, KPI tracking, basic forecasting
    • Experience working with data from POS, ERP, supply chain, workforce, or marketing systems is a plus

    Education & Certifications

    • Bachelors degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
    • Relevant certifications (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or cloud fundamentals) are a plus
