Job Title: Data Analyst
Duration: 12 Months plus
Location: New York City, NY
What you are going to learn on JOB:
Note: There will be 4 weeks of training on the job
- Data Analysis with Power HQ (NCRs product).
- Concepts around (SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS).
- Data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
- Knowledge of SQL, experience to pull the data from SQL servers & Oracle tables.
- Fundamentals of Python
- Design and prepare standard and ad hoc reports and summaries for statistical analysis and planning purposes
- Design, create, and implement databases/data collection systems to collect, display, and analyze data for assigned projects and/or team
- Perform research and acquire data from primary or secondary data sources,
- structure large data sets, and analyze and interpret results using statistical techniques
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs and present findings/recommendations based on analysis
Qualification: Some on with Maths, Computer science, Information Technology background
Excellent communication skills
Must know MS office: Word, XL very well
No prior work experience required
