Description
Join a strategic transformation initiative to migrate transaction monitoring capabilities to a new platform while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is based in New York and offers a hybrid work environment. The position involves working closely with various stakeholders to deliver complex transformation programs, requiring strong expertise in data analysis and a solid understanding of regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation for platform migration.
- Collaborate with compliance and technology teams to understand monitoring scenarios and requirements.
- Analyze monitoring rules, thresholds, and workflows.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Perform data mapping and reconciliation between systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 7 years of Business Analysis experience in Financial Services.
- Strong experience in Transaction Monitoring and Financial Crimes Compliance.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Programming skills in a scripting language for data analysis.
