What You’ll Do:
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and business intelligence reports to support operational and strategic decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver scalable data solutions
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries (including subqueries, joins, and window functions)
Perform SQL performance tuning to improve query efficiency and system performance
Partner with application development teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
Support testing and validation of internally developed applications and data workflows
Analyze data trends and provide insights to improve processes, quality, and operational efficiency
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems
What We Are Looking For:
5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or Analytics role
Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex queries, performance tuning, data modeling concepts)
Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, INDEX/MATCH, data analysis)
Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
Experience working with large, complex, or unstructured datasets, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Analytical, curious, and proactive mindset with a drive to understand the “why” behind the data and own solutions end-to-end
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
Adaptable and eager to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or NVOCC is a plus (or strong interest in learning)
Salary Range: $100,000-$135,000
