Data Analyst

Tech One Global is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work from home while supporting our HR department in analyzing and interpreting data to drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and patterns
• Develop reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate insights
• Collaborate with HR team members to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support various HR initiatives and projects
• Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy of HR data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
