Job Title: Data Analyst Operations
Location: 4000 Luxottica Place, Mason, OH 45040
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Pay Rate: $47.20/hour on W2
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract Length: 5 months, with potential for extension or conversion
Start Date: September 14, 2026

Position Summary
We are seeking a Data Analyst Operations professional to join the Business Configuration team supporting EyeMed's Managed Vision Care clients. This position will be responsible for the setup and configuration of vision care products and benefit plans within the Facets system.
The Data Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert in product configuration, work closely with cross-functional teams, analyze data using SQL, troubleshoot configuration issues, and ensure accuracy and timely completion of configuration requests.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure various managed vision care products using both Product Key Sheet and manual configuration methods.
  • Ensure product and benefit configuration accuracy using manual and automated configuration tools.
  • Write SQL queries to extract and analyze database information to troubleshoot configuration issues.
  • Export database information into Excel for analysis and issue resolution.
  • Independently investigate and resolve product configuration questions and production issues.
  • Manage configuration requests and maintain established quality and turnaround-time standards.
  • Partner with Implementation Managers, Account Managers, and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate and participate in cross-functional activities focused on issue resolution and process improvement.
  • Manage assigned work inventory and production queues independently.
  • Identify and recommend process and system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support ongoing training activities and miscellaneous projects.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for configuration-related requests and provide guidance to team members.
 
Basic Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working with a core claims administration system.
  • 2+ years of hands-on SQL query writing experience.
  • Experience extracting data from database tables and analyzing data in Excel.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex assignments simultaneously.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Operations.
  • Experience with healthcare insurance or managed care environments.
  • Knowledge of claim adjudication and member/provider reimbursement processes.
  • Hands-on experience with the Facets platform.
  • Experience with Facets Claims, Provider, Network, and Product/Benefit Configuration.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a healthcare or insurance environment.
