Data Analyst - Malvern, PA - Contract - $39-49 per HR
Description
- Provide technical leadership for architecture and implementation of customer-data and digital-experience capabilities.
- Translate business objectives into secure, scalable solutions.
- Guide engineering teams through delivery and operational support.
- Collaborate across teams to convert use cases into technical designs.
- Mentor engineers and communicate architecture decisions to stakeholders.
- Evaluate product capabilities and resolve platform issues.
- Align the roadmap with enterprise priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own technical architecture and implementation strategy for solutions across customer touchpoints.
- Lead the design of data models, datasets, and activation patterns.
- Architect and govern platform implementations, including data layers and event design.
- Design integrations between various platforms to enable connected journeys and personalization.
- Establish engineering standards for deployment, monitoring, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5 to 7 years of experience with customer-data and experience solutions.
- Expertise in data ingestion, identity services, and audience activation.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
