Use digital tools automation AI and workflow technologies to transform legacy operational activities into streamlined technology-enabled processes. Use JIRA to support end-to-end project lifecycle tracking including documenting epics stories tasks milestones dependencies risks issues and delivery progress. Translate business challenges into structured process designs business requirements and implementation roadmaps. Apply data analysis and process metrics to evaluate performance identify bottlenecks and measure the impact of re-engineering efforts.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Analytics Information Systems Finance or a related field. Strong technical analytical and problem-solving skill Familiarity with Python SQL Power BI Tableau Alteryx or similar analytics and automation technologies. Experience using JIRA for end-to-end project delivery workflow management backlog prioritization and dependency tracking. Prior exposure to financial services asset servicing or middle office functions is beneficial but not required.
