Purpose: Support daily program operations by validating system outputs, coordinating issue resolution, and ensuring successful implementation closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate temperature monitoring alerts, notifications, and automated workflows to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with business requirements.
• Provide facility floor plans and documentation to support implementation
• Analyze operational data and trends to identify issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate issue investigation, vendor follow-up, and resolution with business stakeholders to ensure timely closure of operational issues.
• Manage installation closeout activities, including documentation review, business acceptance, and handoff to operations.
• Develop reports and dashboards that support program performance monitoring and decision-making.
