Maintain log to ensure completion of requests. This work is heaviest in December – January.Complete journal transfers as required between projectsMove Directorate towards standardized activity codes to enable data analysis of spending categories (e.g., travel, capital, line time, and other expense)Evaluate and address issues on charges related to Travel, Projects and AP VouchersReview Space reports for accuracy and address issues with space/asset owners.Review Storage reports for cost savings opportunities and address.Review IT reports to ensure accuracy and address issuesMiscellaneous ( based on capability and need)IP Stats ReportNDA Log MaintenanceSPITS MaintenancePurchase OrdersTechnology Strategy: Assist with Technology Strategy presentation buildsObtain/ manipulate data for charts/ graphicsUpdate presentationsProvide support in the clean-up and re-organization of Directorate folders/ files in support of system optimizationEducation: 2 year degree is preferredExperience: 2-5 of data manipulation; database queries
