Data Analyst (Tableau)

We’re hiring a Data Analyst to support data validation, reporting, and dashboard development. This is a fully remote role (Texas residents only) with strong potential to convert full-time.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct data profiling, validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau (required), Power BI, or Databricks SQL
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for business teams
• Support testing and validation of data models within Databricks
• Document data definitions, assumptions, and business rules for consistency

Requirements

• Strong hands-on Tableau experience
• Experience with data validation, analysis, and reporting
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends/issues
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
