Under limited supervision, the Data Analyst oversees the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support research, planning, assessment, and evidence-based decision-making. This role ensures data accessibility through interactive reporting and dashboards, manages the preparation of semester and annual reports, and ensures compliance with state and federal reporting. Additionally, the data analyst delivers exceptional customer service by collaborating with faculty and staff across academic and administrative areas of the College, clarifying data needs, and ensuring a positive and efficient data-user experience.

Work Environment: Office environment; Frequent interactions across academic and administrative divisions and collaborates with stakeholders, including college administrators, staff, faculty and external agencies. This position also involves managing sensitive institutional data and adhering to FERPA and data security standards while working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines related to reporting cycles and other institutional priorities
