    Description

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a passion for using data to drive decision-making. They will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business strategies and improve patient outcomes.

    Responsibilities:

    - Collect and organize data from various sources, including electronic health records, surveys, and other databases

    - Analyze data using statistical methods and data visualization techniques to identify patterns and trends

    - Develop and maintain data models to track and measure key performance indicators

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations

    - Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders

    - Identify opportunities for process improvement and make data-driven recommendations

    - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

    Requirements:

    - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

    - Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

    - Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

    - Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling

    - Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    - Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

    - Passion for using data to drive decision-making and improve outcomes for patients
