This opportunity is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys taking ownership, solving complex business problems, and building scalable analytics solutions that influence decision-making across the organization. Rather than simply producing reports, you'll partner with stakeholders to improve processes, enhance data maturity, and deliver insights that create measurable business value.

What You'll Do

  • Lead analytics projects from requirements gathering through deployment while managing multiple stakeholder priorities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable reporting and data visualization solutions using Power BI and modern analytics platforms

  • Translate business requirements into reusable data models, standardized reporting logic, and well-documented solutions

  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data structures, and business processes through automation and optimization

  • Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and consultative support

  • Support data governance initiatives and help build a foundation for future AI-enabled analytics capabilities

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related discipline

  • 2–5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field

  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities within a collaborative, cross-functional environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mentality with the ability to work independently

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making

Technical Skills

Required

  • Power BI (or similar BI/visualization tools)

  • SQL

  • DAX

  • Python or other scripting languages

  • Data modeling, ETL processes, and data transformation

  • Experience working with financial, operational, or transactional datasets

Preferred

  • Microsoft Fabric

  • Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools

  • Experience in governed data environments and centralized data models

  • Exposure to AI-driven analytics, automation, APIs, and emerging data technologies

Why This Opportunity?

  • High visibility across the organization

  • Opportunity to influence business strategy through data

  • Significant ownership and project leadership responsibility

  • Strong culture of continuous improvement and innovation

  • Exposure to modern analytics technologies and AI initiatives

  • Clear opportunity for professional growth and advancement
