Partner with business leaders to understand processes and identify analytics solutions that support strategic objectives
Lead analytics projects from requirements gathering through deployment while managing multiple stakeholder priorities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable reporting and data visualization solutions using Power BI and modern analytics platforms
Translate business requirements into reusable data models, standardized reporting logic, and well-documented solutions
Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data structures, and business processes through automation and optimization
Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and consultative support
Support data governance initiatives and help build a foundation for future AI-enabled analytics capabilities
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related discipline
2–5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities within a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mentality with the ability to work independently
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making

Experience working with financial, operational, or transactional datasets
