The center maintains continuous situational awareness of operational activities, incidents, significant events, and natural disasters affecting customer facilities and operations. It integrates information from regional operations, dispatch centers, partner agencies, intelligence units, and proprietary systems to produce consolidated reports, briefings, bulletins, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.The program also supports virtual emergency operations centers for national-level activities and provides surge capabilities for incident management teams during field deployments. A maintained Common Operating Picture ensures a shared, real-time understanding of operational conditions.
