Job Position Description:

With a 'One Team' mentality, manage production operations, ensuring jobs are completed according to PuroClean production processes and procedures. Manage all aspects of Franchise production. Keep owner updated on production. Manage and improve customer satisfaction, including the resolution of customer complaints. Production processes are performed according to guidelines. Documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Production costs are maintained at the established rate. Both internal and external communications are timely and effective. Jobs are completed, either meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Production division annual initiatives are completed effectively. A PuroClean Operations Manager takes pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential water and mold restoration projects from initial inspection through completion.
  • Conduct onsite inspections, develop scopes, and use Xactimate for estimating.
  • Coordinate with crews to ensure jobs are properly set up, progressing on schedule, and documented correctly.
  • Maintain accurate photos, moisture readings, notes, signatures, and other required documentation.
  • Communicate with homeowners throughout the restoration process and address questions or concerns.
  • Develop relationships with insurance adjusters, agents, property managers, and other referral partners.
  • Generate new restoration opportunities through referrals, networking, and business development.
  • Monitor job costs, profitability, collections, and overall project performance.
  • Hire, train, and develop restoration employees as the department grows.
  • Help establish effective processes for scheduling, production, documentation, safety, and quality.
  • Track sales, production, profitability, and other key performance measures.
  • Work with company leadership to implement and grow the restoration department within the operation.

Qualifications

Direct restoration experience is required.

  • Experience in residential water and mold restoration
  • IICRC WRT and ASD certifications
  • Experience with Xactimate
  • Experience managing restoration projects from inspection through completion
  • Experience working with insurance adjusters and referral partners
  • Leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience
  • Sales and business development experience
  • Understanding of job costs and project profitability
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to respond to emergency losses outside normal business hours when necessary
