Daly Racers Coach

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to work as a Daly Racer Coach for the upcoming season at Daly Elementary. Open until filled.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise team practices
• Ensure the safety of all team members during training
• Communicate regularly with parents and school administration regarding team progress and upcoming events
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required

Requirements:

• Passion for coaching
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with children and motivate them to achieve their best
• Previous coaching or racing experience is preferred
• Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment maintenance
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required
• Must pass a fingerprint-based background check per school board policy.
