Execute manufacturing AI techniques inprompt development and Machine Learning techniques.

Analyzing manufacturing data toidentifytrends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in areassuch asassetutilization, throughput, productivity, quality, and waste management.
Collaborating with plant floor personnel to understand operational challenges and design data-driven solutions that improve productivity and support their roles.
Developing and deploying analytics models, dashboards, and reporting tools tailored to plant floor needs.
Leading and managing multiple process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with business goals andtimelydelivery.
Leadingclientworkshops,discovery sessionsandstakeholder discussionstoidentifyopportunities,validatefindings andrefinerecommendations.
Conducting ROI andfinancial impactanalyses for proposed operational changes or capital expenditures.
Implementing and tracking process modifications, including equipmentselection, process flow redesign, and operational standards development.
Maintaining and ensuring data integrity across manufacturing systems; supporting root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Providing real-time analysis and reporting to enable quick identification and resolution of manufacturing issues.
Partnering with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, quality,logistics) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Assistingin training plant personnel on new systems, standards, and best practices.
Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.
Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network,including withsenior executives.
Successfully pursuing business development opportunities andidentifyingand implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.
Ability to translate and communicateissues, risks, or challengesto client personnel, including executives.
Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals,mentoringand coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree inarelevant discipline (e.g.,Engineering,Supply Chain, Operations, or Business-Related Field).
5+ years working inConsulting,Manufacturing,Manufacturing/Industrial/EquipmentEngineering,OperationsTechnology,Manufacturing AI, OperationalDigitalTwins,Discrete FlowSimulation orrelated field, either in professional services or industry.
Experience in a manufacturing environment, with direct exposure to plant floor operationsand operations technology.
Demonstrated ability to use data&AIto solve manufacturing problems and improve operational outcomes.
Proficiencyin AI toolsi.e.Microsoft Data Foundry (or equivalent), ChatGPT, Claude, Co-Pilot, NVIDIA.
Experience in program or project management, witha track recordof successfully running multiple improvement projects.
Solid understanding of the financial aspects of manufacturing, including cost analysis and ROI calculations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for plant floor personnel and management.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel,and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio, Access,SQL, Python,and Tableau / Power BI.
Experiencewithdatahistorianssuch asOSIsoft,anunderstandingofdatatagsandhighvalue use-casesis aplus.
Professional Certification such as CPM, CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, PMP,TPM,Six Sigma/ Lean Six Sigma, Certified Scrum Professional, or similar strongly preferred.
Our Hybrid Workplace
Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.
Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$126,000.00 - $202,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.
12%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
$141,120.00 - $226,240.00Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year.
