    Comprehensive Training Provided – No prior experience in public adjusting is necessary. We offer continuous training and development opportunities designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge essential for success in this role.

    Flexible Schedule & Work Location – Our claims representatives benefit from the flexibility to establish their own schedules. This position can be pursued on a part-time or full-time basis and can be performed remotely or in person.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct virtual or in-person property walk-through inspections to identify damages that may be covered under insurance policies.
    • Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster business growth and client success.
    • Interpret insurance policies and clearly explain coverage-related information to clients.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing client needs in a professional and efficient manner.
    • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation to facilitate the claims processing.
