Duties will include hiring and managing rental counter sales associates, detailers, airport shuttle van drivers, shift scheduling, fleet management, maintenance, and liquidation, risk management and insurance claims, financial administration, establishing day to day policies and procedures. We are seeking an experienced Daily Rental Operations Manager (DROM) to open a new rental car franchise near the Charlotte Douglas International airport. The ideal candidate must have a minimum two years of DROM experience of an off-airport location. Duties will include hiring and managing rental counter sales associates, detailers, airport shuttle van drivers, shift scheduling, fleet management, maintenance, and liquidation, risk management and insurance claims, financial administration, establishing day to day policies and procedures.
