    Managerial and Supervisor Training (M&ST) Training and Development Specialist
     
    Work Location: Onsite/ Montgomery, Alabama
    Job Type: Full-time
     
    Summary
    C² Technologies seeks a Managerial and Supervisor Training (M&ST) Training and Development Specialist to deliver engaging leadership, supervisory, and management instruction for DAF civilian learners. The specialist facilitates resident and online learning, evaluates student performance, supports course administration, and contributes instructional-design expertise throughout the ADDIE lifecycle.
     
    Responsibilities
    • Prepare and deliver stand-up, workshop, synchronous, asynchronous, blended, and resident instruction using approved curriculum and learning technology.
    • Facilitate discussions, group exercises, presentations, and applied learning activities while maintaining participant engagement and alignment with learning objectives.
    • Maintain lesson plans and update approved presentations and materials on Government-accessible platforms.
    • Monitor attendance, participation, and progress; grade coursework; provide actionable feedback and remediation; and respond to student inquiries within one business day.
    • Support office hours, webinars, virtual-session production, completion rosters, end-of-course reports, faculty portfolios, annual evaluations, surveys, and Government data calls.
    • Apply instructional-design knowledge during needs assessment, course improvement, and evaluation activities; coordinate proposed changes with the Government.
    • Follow DAF, AETC, Air University, Global College, CLDS, and course-specific schedules, policies, and procedures.
    Requirements
    Education
    • Bachelor’s degree or an approved PWS equivalency: associate degree plus four years of relevant experience, or high school diploma/GED plus five years of relevant experience.
    Experience
    • At least two years of supervisory, leadership, and/or management teaching experience. Relevant work experience may satisfy this requirement.
    Required Certifications & Clearance
    • Completion of the Academic Instructor Course or equivalent before assuming duties.
    Tools & Systems
    • At least one year of undergraduate-level or military-equivalent online instruction using an approved LMS or collaboration platform such as Canvas or Microsoft Teams.
    Skills
    • Demonstrated proficiency delivering in-person instruction, workshops, and group presentations.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Degree concentration in Education, Leadership, Management, Human Resources, Human Relations, Organizational Leadership, or Organizational Behavior
    • Federal civilian experience, particularly within the DAF.
    • Experience with adult-learning evaluation and course improvement.

    Base Salary Range: $50K – $100K / year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and structural alignment. Individual pay is influenced by several factors, including the candidate's work location, relevant experience, skillset, and contract constraints.
