D365 Warehouse Operations Specialist

Location: Billerica, MA

Employment Type: Full-time, hourly

Compensation: $30–$32 per hour

A day in this role

Step into a fast-moving distribution environment where your mastery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 keeps orders flowing. From the first scan to the final ship confirmation, you’ll ensure nothing stalls our customers’ experience.

  • Own daily shipping flow—anticipate and remove blockers on incomplete, delayed, or held orders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve domestic and international order processing and fulfillment issues.
  • Replenish inventory to picking and shipping locations to sustain throughput targets.
  • Monitor and fine-tune replenishment parameters and on-hand levels to keep stock in the right place at the right time.
  • Spot bottlenecks, propose solutions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse workflows.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including WMS capabilities) in warehouse and fulfillment processes.
  • Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned to support operations.

What you bring

  • 4+ years of warehouse experience; medical device industry exposure preferred.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, ideally with Warehouse Management System functionality.
  • Background in high-volume shipping and distribution environments.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and excellent organizational skills.
  • Comfort working independently while collaborating effectively with warehouse operations teams.
  • Experience with inventory management and process improvement initiatives is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership of diverse warehouse teams: training, motivating, and resolving employee relations matters.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset—listens, responds, and empowers teammates.
  • Confidence presenting information and answering questions from managers and peers across the company.
