    Position Overview
    We are seeking an accomplished D365 Functional Lead – Supply Chain Management (SCM) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Supply Chain solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned ERP professional with extensive experience delivering complex SCM transformations across procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, planning, and order management functions.
    The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating operational requirements into scalable D365 solutions while driving successful project execution from discovery through post-go-live support.
    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of D365 F&O Supply Chain Management solutions.
    • Facilitate business process workshops with supply chain, procurement, warehouse, manufacturing, and operations teams.
    • Analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions aligned with industry best practices.
    • Configure and implement D365 SCM modules with a focus on standard functionality and minimal customization.
    • Drive solution design for:
      • Procurement & Sourcing
      • Inventory Management
      • Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS)
      • Sales & Order Management
      • Master Planning (MRP)
      • Production Control & Manufacturing
    • Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), process flows, and configuration documentation.
    • Collaborate closely with finance, technical, integration, and data migration teams to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Lead conference room pilots (CRPs), user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution validation activities.
    • Support data migration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to functional consultants and project team members.
    • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best-practice solutions.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans effectively.
    Required Qualifications
    • 15+ years of experience in ERP and Supply Chain implementations.
    • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Supply Chain modules.
    • Strong expertise in:
      • Procurement & Sourcing
      • Inventory Management
      • Warehouse Management
      • Master Planning (MRP)
      • Production Control
      • Sales & Distribution
    • Deep understanding of supply chain processes, procurement lifecycles, inventory control, manufacturing operations, and demand planning.
    • Experience leading full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations.
    • Proven ability to conduct client workshops and translate business requirements into system solutions.
    • Strong knowledge of solution design, fit-gap analysis, testing methodologies, and deployment strategies.
    • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Visio/BPM tools, and advanced Excel.
    • Familiarity with Leapwork or similar test automation platforms.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certifications.
    • Experience with multi-site manufacturing, distribution, or global supply chain environments.
    • Exposure to integrations with third-party logistics, transportation management, and external procurement systems.
    • Experience working in Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
